James called me back immediately, had a vehicle for me to test drive 24 hours later, and I was driving off in my new car the next day before lunch! I can't express how easy James and D&M made this car-buying process. I spoke with James for the first time on Thursday morning, test drove at a vehicle on Thursday evening, and was driving away in the car on Monday evening, AFTER he had already had the leather seats installed. This was my first experience getting into a new car completely on my own, with no one else accompanying me for the process. It was also my first time getting into a pre-owned vehicle. I was so pleasantly surprised by the complete lack of pressure from James. I was prepared to have to "play hardball" and negotiate and read between the lines, but with James, all the terms were crystal-clear from the start, and what I saw was exactly what I was getting. Smooth and Easy Transfer of Leased Vehicle When it came time to look for a new car we found ourselves looking at buying a vehicle off a friend being leased through D&M. Our friend had been leas When it came time to look for a new car we found ourselves looking at buying a vehicle off a friend being leased through D&M. Our friend had been leasing through Gary for years so that's who we started dealing with. Even though he had no connection to us, he wound up going well beyond what was needed to make this as smooth and easy as possible for us. He coordinated everything from start to finish, always keeping us completely informed of everything that was happening and once we gave him all the required information and signing the papers he sent to us, that was it. It couldn't have been easier, and was a pleasant surprise to deal with someone like him, when you never know who you are going to be working with in a weird situation like ours. Even though we might never use Gary for a car in the future, that didn't stop him from being as professional, courteous and honest as if we had worked with him for years, and that's just the type of guy he is.
