I like how Don was able to come to my office on a Saturday morning to get paperwork signed. He found my car in another state and made sure it had the "bells and whistles" that I like. We had a good line of communication to make sure he met my parameters. Overall, very good experience. This is how the car buying experience should be and not making you sit in a stuffy office at the dealership and have to get "closed" by the sales manager. I will never do that again.
