On a weekend trip to Dallas, my brother-in-law referred me to Doug and he completely changed my perception of what buying a car should be! He called me at 9 am and we talked about what I was looking for... at 11:00 am I was at his office to test drive (the perfect) vehicle... at 1 pm we were signing paperwork... and by 2 pm I had canceled my plane ticket and was on the road home to Ohio! I didn't expect to find anything that I liked, let alone have the amazing and stress-free experience that Doug provided! Despite being 5 states away, I will absolutely return to Dallas to work with Doug on all future vehicle needs! More

We had an exceptional experience. Not only was the process simple and seamless, but also we never felt pressured by Tobin. We never got the “hard sale” or “deals that expire in 1 hour” pitches that one often receives from traditional dealerships. Tobin got straight to the point, and didn’t prolong any unnecessary conversation. More
