Service department was great. The customer service was phenomenal, especially April. However, the parts department was another story. Ordered a key fob with the key however the key part did not get ordered somehow. Then after I showed up to obtain the key from the delearship they were unable to find it for over an hour. Talked to the manager of parts over the phone about the situation and he was rudely sarcastic about it all. More

Firstly I would like to thank the entire D&D team. From first inquiring about the car the staff did their absolute best to ensure I was being cared for. The internet to brick and motar transition was seemless and Sean (the salesman) was standing outside waiting on me when I arrived. FYI, I drove over 4 hours one way to see and purchase the car. Once inspecting and going through the buying a car phase, Sean very professional and transparent delivered us to financing with Monte. Literally there was zero pressure from anyone on the staff to purchase items, over sale warranties, and they disclosed every aspect of the deal. I even stopped them half way through and asked to see the screen while information was being placed in the system (Monte turned the screen and let me watch). I would highly recommend anyone that is in the market to purchase a car to check D&D's inventory first! The service and expericence is top level. More
