Customer Service At the age of 55, I have bought quite a few vehicles in my lifetime and the customer service at Curtiss-Ryan Honda far exceeds all of the other dealer At the age of 55, I have bought quite a few vehicles in my lifetime and the customer service at Curtiss-Ryan Honda far exceeds all of the other dealerships that I have done business with. this is the first time visiting this dealership and unexpected issues arose while I was negotiating a deal. The business manager brought my issues to the ownership and the ownership adjusted their normal business practices in order to ensure that i would be able to purchase a vehicle. That personal touch from the sales consultant to the business manager to the ownership shows why the staff at Curtiss-Ryan Honda is leaps-and-bounds above the rest! I am in the military and they kept working issues to ensure that I would be able to be a successful cliant. Their ownership is also a former military member and the respect of their whole staff was greatly appreciated. More
