Don't be misled by Curry Honda Pricing! A very friendly Cliff Hudson exchanged emails with me the day I was shopping for an all new 2017 Honda CRV. After a phone call, and identification of A very friendly Cliff Hudson exchanged emails with me the day I was shopping for an all new 2017 Honda CRV. After a phone call, and identification of 2 incoming 2017 CRVs that exactly matched our specs, Cliff sent me a price quote. Funny think about it - it quoted the MSRP of the vehicle but not the Destination Charge. So the price quote I received was just confusing. I tried numerous times to get Cliff to clarify the pricing and if indeed the DFC of $900.00 was included in their very aggressive price quote. Cliff NEVER responded. Not once. But then I started getting a stream of 'canned' emails about how great Curry Honda is from Cliff. Again I tried to clarify the pricing. No dice. No response. So I took Cliff's price to another Honda Store who came pretty close, verified the price included the vehicle and DFC - and we sealed the deal that day with a signed purchase agreement from that dealer. So what is one to conclude from dealing with Curry Honda? BUYER BEWARE. More

I negotiated a price with the sales person and told him my wife would be following up later in the day with the purchase. However, when she showed up to purchase the car, they ADDED A LINE ITEM CHARGE whereas my wife unknowingly signed for a 3rd party $999.00 bogus "35,000 mile Fidelity Maintenance Warranty"....in which all that it is are free oil changes. Who in the world should pay $999 for 3 years of free oil changes??? The irony is that last year when I went in they argued with me and told me my oil changes were not free....but they finally researched it and agreed it was free. Service Department awful....notes: We went in to get a routine oil change with their "24 point inspection". Upon receiving my car, I found 5 things wrong. 1) When the car was purchased, they told me my car needed "special synthetic oil" and that I only need to change it every 10,000 miles. This is NOT the case!!! It requires REGULAR OIL!!! And they were using REGULAR OIL!!! The bottom line is they didn't want me coming back for my free oil changes even though we paid $999 for only 3 years worth!!! 2) The tire pressure was fine before we went in. However, when we were leaving, the "check tire pressure" light came on. I then drove to the nearest tire store see what the pressure was. All 4 tires were only at 29 pounds (supposed to be 34 pounds). Filling the tires with air is a BASIC part of their "24 point inspection"" 3) Fluids were not topped off as they promised (I had to do this myself) 4) Oil was all over the inside of my car claiming it was there because they were checking the cabin filter. For God's sake, I was not looking for an explanation as to WHY the oil was there. I wanted to know WHY they didn't clean it up!!! 5) They were all very rude people...even the Service Manager More

I walked into Curry Honda knowing exactly what I wanted. I had done my research. These folks are very nice and talk about "transparency" in their deals, until you ask to see the numbers, and ask how they arrived at their numbers. When I asked for the print out of the deal numbers, the sales manager actually asked me - "if I show you the numbers, are you going to understand them?" Unbelievable!!i wanted to point out to him that this is America and the year is 2016. Instead I just asked him to please not underestimate me. This is a Costco dealer so I thought I'd get a good deal. Instead I got a fantastic price up front with lots of shady bait and switch on the back end. I ended up asking for my deposit back and I have just walked out. Never again! More
