I recently purchased my second new vehicle from Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort. Both experiences were above and beyond my expectations of a car sales experience. There was no 'high pressure tactics', I was allowed to take my time to decide what I wanted, the salesman was very knowledgeable about my chosen vehicle and the other members of the staff assisted with setting up my SYNC account and pairing my Bluetooth device to the vehicle. I was given a fair deal on the purchase price and trade-in, and every effort was made to meet my payment and financing requirements with no haggling or ' let me ask my manager' run around. I have told all my friends of the good deal I got and advised them to contact Jack Vogel if their in the market for a new or used vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience. More

I purchased a 1995 Ford Escort on January 26, 2013 & I was assured by the salesperson-Mike that the car was checked out with a fine tooth comb. Being that the Dealership ratings were good, I believed hi I was assured by the salesperson-Mike that the car was checked out with a fine tooth comb. Being that the Dealership ratings were good, I believed him. The car was very clean & I was very happy with it. A little pricey but I thought it was worth it. Well, by March 30, 2013 the rear strut rusted out so I called the Dealership & spoke with Jeff O'Brien. He was very nice & told me to bring it back & he would either have it fixed or he would swap me a car of the same value. My boyfriend brought the car in & was told that the part was no longer available. OK, so I called again & spoke to Paul & he said since I signed a as is contract that there was nothing he could do. So I called Jeff back & he said the same thing! I could've been killed in this car & so could my children!!! They could care less! Jeff told me he would give me $500.00 for the car when I just paid $3700.00. So I guess I jsut made a LARGE contribution to the dealership. Paul & Jeff were very rude & uncaring to me. I would never recommend Currie Motors to ANYONE!!!!! They had to know the strut was rusted & about to break. Shame on them!! How can they sleep at night knowing my family & I could've been killed! More

Great overall experience starting with Alex for the sale, to Mark with the trade in, and finally Jim with the finance. I went to Rizza Ford in Orland Park and they gave me a written quote for a new car. Three days later when returned, the price the salesman quoted me was first $500 more, and then the salesman went down written quote for a new car. Three days later when returned, the price the salesman quoted me was first $500 more, and then the salesman went down but was still $300 more than the original quote that I had in writing for the SAME CAR! The salesman refused to honor the quote I had received in writing. So I went to Currie and had a great experience! More

We bought a new Ford Escape from Curry Motors in Frankfort. This was our second purchase from this dealership, both times with Ali and Peter. We initially came to look for a used car for our dau Frankfort. This was our second purchase from this dealership, both times with Ali and Peter. We initially came to look for a used car for our daughter. But after seeing the new Escape and finding out we could purchase a new car for only a little more than what we would have spent on used, it was a no-brainer. Pete and Ali could not have been more helpful, professional, or nice to deal with. I sent my sister the same day, and she also bought a car from them. I would reccommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good, honest deal on a car, and a really pleasant buying experience. Paula Tadros More

It was my first experience talking to a sales consultant for a car and it was a fabulous experience! What I was impressed with was that he was not pushy towards a sale and he was very laid back. Usually I feel like sales people can be pushy.. but he was not pushy at all. He laughed and was personal which made me feel very comfortable talking to him. When the time comes for me to buy my car, I will definitely come back to Currie Motors and personally ask for Mike to assist me because he really made my visit a wonderful experience. More
