Took the truck for oil change, wheel alignment, do the recall they been trying to get done for motnhs now, check why the ac isn't working properly, and to check ignition switch why isn't springing back in recall they been trying to get done for motnhs now, check why the ac isn't working properly, and to check ignition switch why isn't springing back in place. After having the truck for 6 hours they call me 3pm telling me they need the truck till Friday, truck was picked up Tuesday, to finish everything. This is my only vehicle so I asked for the truck back. I ask how much I own for the oil change and wheel alignment, they said zero because none of the work was done. 6 hours and zero work was completed More
