I was out of town visiting some family in Ill. when my car began to act sluggishly. I have no idea about how to fix anything in my car, so I was dumbfounded. I'm always a little cautious about approaching dealerships that I'm not familiar with, as my lack of vehicle knowledge leaves me vulnerable to dishonest mechanics. I called this dealership and spoke to Mike and explained to him what the symptoms of my car was. He recognized the problem and explained over the phone what to do to fix it. He was able to clearly communicate with me (a person with limited mechanical vocabulary) how to do what to get my car running smoothly again. He saved me time and money that a dishonest mechanic might have charged me. If I lived in the area, I'd be sure to go back. I told my family about the place too. More

As a mother, the last thing that I wanted to do was to bring my two kids with to sit and have my car serviced. To my delight, the gentleman that I dealt with, Mike Murphy, made my experience actually pl bring my two kids with to sit and have my car serviced. He took the time to not only explain my car problem in basic terminology but better than that he went above and beyond and brought my kids some candy, brought them some paper and a pen and knelt down on their level. Everyone from the finance to service was extremely helpful and listened to any concerns or questions I had. Then on top of that I was able to get a great deal.
