After looking online at dealerships around Florida, I found Crown and read the many 5-star reviews from satisfied buyers. I called the dealership and luckily got set up with Joe Caporicci. He was able to found Crown and read the many 5-star reviews from satisfied buyers. I called the dealership and luckily got set up with Joe Caporicci. He was able to work with me and appraise my trade-in before I made the four hour drive down to St. Pete. The process was unbelievably smooth thanks to Joe. He is an exception among car salesman - honest, straightforward, and truly cares that you get the best car for you. He even followed up with me the following day to ensure that I was just as happy with my purchase after the long drive home. I would absolutely recommend working with Joe, and though I plan on keeping my Volvo for many years to come, I plan on reaching out to him whenever the time comes again.
