Brian T is the best customer service representative in the maintenance department. If it were not for him I would have unnecessarily spent $10,000 on rejuvenating my 2002 Volvo. Instead he has talked me the maintenance department. If it were not for him I would have unnecessarily spent $10,000 on rejuvenating my 2002 Volvo. Instead he has talked me into buying either a 2021 or 2022 Electric XC40, XC60, XC90. His manager should be proud of him and give him the sales commission. More
