Michael Grace was my sales rep and not once did I feel pressured to purchase this vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and told him there was an issue with the brakes. He told me they would be fixed and woul pressured to purchase this vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and told him there was an issue with the brakes. He told me they would be fixed and would let me know when they were repaired for another test drive. The brakes were fixed as he said and we completed the transaction. I felt very comfortable through the entire process even at the point where there were other options to purchase. When I said I was not interested in those options I was not pressured. I would recommend Crown Volvo or your next vehicle. Ask for Michael. More
