Mike Antauer was the person I met at the door when I walked into crown. I have been buying cars for a long time and this was my very first mercedes and the first one in my family. He rode along with me on the test drive and was with me the whole way, I told him I had to think about it, but returned within a week to have my grandfather look at it with me. Mike not only helped me get the price that I needed, but made me feel like I was one of them. I'm not a very fancy person, and coming from a car owners point of view from owning oldsmobiles and Lincolns, and walking into his dealership, especially a Mercedes dealership, it was intimidating at first. He comforted me and when I took the keys from him after trading my car that I loved to pieces for this 420SEL, and as hard as it was, he made the buying experience so comfortable, he answered all my questions and I felt pampered and like a million dollars. I'm not just saying this because I enjoy the car I purchased, because that lincoln was with me through the fire and flames, but its because his service made me feel like I was in the right place. I felt like he was more of a consultant than a classic "salesman", and I really appreciated that. During the "searching" phase, he walked me in great detail through the features of the car (Mercedes-Benz C300-4matic). Once I made the decision to buy, he spent a good 30-40 minutes sitting with me and showing me how to use the control system in detail. I was thoroughly impressed.
