Replaced faulty headlight I had problems with a headlight burning out. Three weeks later the same light went out and rather than causing a lot of delay the service adviser, Eri I had problems with a headlight burning out. He ordered a replacement, called me when it was received, and immediately had it installed. More

I believe in high standards, accountability and friendly customer service. And I found that DAY ONE AT CROWN KIA. I will not take my Kia anywhere else in the TAMPA BAY AREA. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS always upfront about your vehicle situation, the cost is affordable and Sherry is one of the most reliable, accountable, honest and to the direct point employees they have. All the service employees are professional but I have a relationship of trust with Sherry. I reckon she's the reason why many of CROWN KIA customers go to that particular service department.
