Great service I was greeted by the Service Writer , Michael Stephenson. Michael informed me of an available Free factory Oil Change Michael asked if I would tak I was greeted by the Service Writer , Michael Stephenson. Michael informed me of an available Free factory Oil Change Michael asked if I would take the Shuttle home or wait. Michael escorted me to the Customer waiting area and offered me coffee. Michael kept me informed of work status. Upon completion, Michael reviewed billing then escorted me to my Clean vehicle. More

2017 Kia had air conditioning problems. 2017 Kia Sorento had air conditioning problems. Service Representative Michael Stephenson did an exceptional job of getting the problem resolved. He ensured that the problem was expeditiously evaluated. He phoned me to advise me that it required parts and the length of time that it would take for the repairs to be completed. He arranged for a rental vehicle for my use. He notified me promptly upon the completion of the repair and had my vehicle ready for me to pick up when I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Stephenson has been my service adviser for routine servicing and for problems that have occurred and each he was exceptional. He is pleasant, concerned, professional and is a credit to Kia. More
