I came to the dealership to look at SUVs to replace my current SUV I was going to use as a trade. Darius came up and greeted me very professionally. I can't say enough about Imad - he was professional, knowledgeable, caring, honest, and went the extra mile (or extra 100 miles in my case!) to try and get me the Santa Fe I wanted. I thought I knew everything about this model, but Imad actually knew some pertinent features that swung me toward getting the new Santa Fe vs a used one. Imad returned emails, calls and texts very quickly. Pricing was the best out of any dealer I spoke with - and I spoke with many. Even though he ultimately couldn't get me the specific car I wanted, he helped me get in touch with a great salesman at a competing dealership that did have the car but wouldn't trade it to Crown. Most salespeople would not have gone above and beyond the call of duty like that. I would recommend Imad highly to anyone looking to purchase either a used or new Hyundai! More

I used consumer reports online to find the vehichle I wanted and printed the Guaranteed Savings Certificate from Crown Hyundai, who offered the best price in my area. Imad Yazback from Crown Hyundai cont wanted and printed the Guaranteed Savings Certificate from Crown Hyundai, who offered the best price in my area. Imad Yazback from Crown Hyundai contacted me and told me that Crown would certainly honor the pricing that I recieved. I told Imad the vehicle I wanted, and the options that I needed. He then went through the pricing with me to insure that their would be no miscommunication when I arrived at the dealership. I told him that I was on my way to buy the car. I must admit, from previous experiences with other dealerships that I was skeptical that this transaction would not go as smoothly as it seemed. When my wife and I arrived at Crown, Imad was waiting for us with a friendly greeting. He told us that to save time he already had the car prepped. He then introduced us to the sales manager Chris and we sat with Imad to review and sign the deal. Everything was EXACTLY as they PROMISED. While we waiting for our credit application to be processed Imad reviewed the car manuals with us and then took us to the car to review its features. Within minutes we were paged to financing where we met with Eric. Eric congratulatedus on our purchase and reviewed our financing terms. Again to my surprise, the price of the car was EXACTLY as PROMISED. I'm 47 years old and this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Crown Hyundai exceeded our expectations!
