This is my third purchase from Crown Hyundai St Pete. I received a letter in the mail telling me that I can up grade to a 2013 Elantra with the same type of features. He expertly answered my questions and told me to look at the new Hyundai Elantra GT, he went over the options and features with me always keeping in mind what I told him I was looking for. I have recommended Crown Hyundai and Robert to several friends and family members, resulting in at least one more customer. I went into Crown on Thursday,5/30/2013, was greeted by Charles Johnson, he asked what type of vehicle I was interested in and price range. Danny Lai came out and spoke with me and assured me that they could make it happen. On Friday evening 5/31/2013, I was driving a New SONATA, Thanks...too Charles and Danny I had new car in less than two days with Crown, when the other dealer could not put me in a car during a weeks time. Darius was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He was able to locate the car that I wanted very quickly. Because I decided to buy the car in cash, it meant I would lose out on a financing incentive. That did not stop Darius, he made sure to add in extra incentive so that I could go home with the car I wanted. I asked Darius if we could get the price lower on the limited version, he made the calls and very quickly returned an answer of yes. I would recommend Darius Carlson to anyone who doesn't want to play games and who wants to get in and out of the dealership quickly with their car. The only service that has been required on my 2013 Elantra has been recall oriented and Cliff has gone above and beyond friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. I only have 4500 miles on my car so haven't required service except for a sticking driver door and that, along with recalls I have been notified about, was done quickly and positively. My husband owns a 2011 Sonata purchased here and my two daughters both have 2011 Hyundai Sonatas purchased elsewhere. Dealing with Hyundai is a pleasure from the phone operator, to the ability to arrange service appointments online. We are especially pleased with Cliff's way of making us feel like appreciated owners. More
