I brought my 2011 Genesis Coupe in for an oil change this week. I was greeted by service writer Tomm Burkart. He said he would be able to get me in and out quickly as Crown Hyundai has a Express Lane for oil week. I was greeted by service writer Tomm Burkart. I was shocked when Tomm came to the waiting area in about 25 minutes and said the oil was changed and it was washed and ready to go.. I was able to get on with my busy day in no time.
