Robert Hogan was great. I was looking for a new car to surprise my mother. I was looking for a certain car and color but it wasn't on the lot. Robert went into the computer and found that the kind of ca surprise my mother. I was looking for a certain car and color but it wasn't on the lot. Robert went into the computer and found that the kind of car and color wanted had just been delivered to the dealership that day. He walked the lot with me until we found it in the back, waiting to be processed. After all that, he worked with me to get the payment I needed to make it all happen. He stayed on top of everything, from the moment I walked in until he brought the car from detailing. All the while in between he made sure I was comfortable and was very friendly and talked with me. He stayed with me from start to finish (the whole process took around 4 hours) making me feel like I was the only customer there that day. He never made me feel like I might be keeping him from making another sale other than mine. After all this, he even drove the new car to my house for me so I wouldn't have to come back out and get my own car. He was there to help me surprise my mother, and then took the time to show her all the features of the car. I was glad he was there and part of the surprise. Robert is an amazing salesman who makes you feel special. I hope he is there when it comes time to trade in my car. More

This is my third purchase from Crown Hyundai St Pete. I received a letter in the mail telling me that I can up grade to a 2013 Elantra with the same type of features. He expertly answered my questions and told me to look at the new Hyundai Elantra GT, he went over the options and features with me always keeping in mind what I told him I was looking for. Danny Lai came out and spoke with me and assured me that they could make it happen. On Friday evening 5/31/2013, I was driving a New SONATA, Thanks...too Charles and Danny I had new car in less than two days with Crown, when the other dealer could not put me in a car during a weeks time.
