When I came to the dealership Matt was the first person to come up and speak to me after being in the showroom for sometime. I traded in my vehicle and bout a new sonata and elantra he was very patient whe to come up and speak to me after being in the showroom for sometime. Very friendly Dealership but, buyer beware! My daughter saved money to buy a car then mom and dad kicked in the rest of the five thousand dollars to make up the differents. We bought her a 2002 Chrysler S saved money to buy a car then mom and dad kicked in the rest of the five thousand dollars to make up the differents. We bought her a 2002 Chrysler Seabring Convertible very nice vehicle, or so we thought? The day after we brought it home the engine dropped a lots of liquid on to the driveway. Took it back to the Dealer they check it out and stated, " all fluids are fine and they could not fine anything wrong". Bottom line, new water pump, bleeder valve assy, new supintine belt, timing cover gasket,Trans pan and Solenoid pack, cracked motor mounts, rear window regulator, Thermostat replaced Cooling system Bleeder Valve, two right tires would not hold air. I could go on but, the bottom line is over three thousand dollars so far and more work needs to be done. The Dealership did offer to trade it in for another but I do not trust them plus, we have three thousand dollars in this car now. I spoke to Used Car Manager Carl Michell who informed us that the vehicle was sold as is no warranty and we understood this, what we did not know was the vehicle was only Safety inspected, " A quick safety check is done and that is all". So Crown Hyundai sells Used Vehicles and let customers drive off the lot not knowing all that is wrong with the vehicles. As I said Buyer Beware. More

I have taken my car to crown hyundai three times in the past year or so. Tomm has been the one to assist me each time. He always has a smile on his face being as welcoming as possible. Mark Miller is the exemplary Automotive Sales Professional. Since it had been a while that I had visited a new car dealership I was thus used to the old tactics: a sales agent that did know much Professional. Since it had been a while that I had visited a new car dealership I was thus used to the old tactics: a sales agent that did know much about the product, bait & switch, back & forth between sales agent and manager before finally getting pummeled into submission by said manager, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Mr. Miller. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire Hyundai product line and was not in any way pushy. He was the consummate gentleman and truly helped us through process as he was honest and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a car.
