I absolutely love this Hyndai service center! It is clean, new and comfortable with tv areas, comfy couches and free coffee and snacks. A couple of weeks ago, I took my Santa Fe in for some work on a manufacture recall. When I pulled up, they told me I had to wait for the gentleman was helping another customer. I didn't think this was work on a manufacture recall. When I pulled up, they told me I had to wait for the gentleman was helping another customer. I didn't think this was a good idea to have to wait outside, particularly in the Florida heat and humidity. This did not sit well with me. And then, when the work was completed, I pulled away with my ESC light on. It would not turn off. The next day, my brakes would randomly apply themselves. Of course, this had me profoundly concerned for my safety, and then I'm anxious because I have to take another day off to return and have this issue fixed. I pulled up for the appointment, and again, I'm told my service advisor is with another person and to wait. This time, I went inside to wait. This needs to change. They need a better way to handle their appointment arrivals. The guys were great though. Very polite and understanding. They soon discovered the reason for the issue, fixed it, washed my car, and much to my surprise, did it all at no charge. The service advisors and the service are all great. I will be coming back in the future to further support their service because I firmly believe those who offer the best service should get the most customers. My only caveat is the admissions waiting process. More

Service department has been very efficient every time I've needed service. Jarrett is friendly, helpful and professional in dealing with getting my car serviced. The service department waiting room is very pleasant with comfortable seating and refreshments. The dealership restroom is the cleanest and nicest of any place around. I have no complaints for this dealership and service department. More

I have always dealt with Cliff Stoufer and AT ALL TIMES (!) he has been nothing but an EXEMPLARY representative for CROWN Auto. In m my new Hyundai. i am writing this review to let people know that going to a big dealer isnt as scary as people think. brian clausen was great to me great attitude to sell and help me really find what i wanted and could affo a big dealer isnt as scary as people think. brian clausen was great to me great attitude to sell and help me really find what i wanted and could afford in my price range. he was very polite and friendly to me and my girlfriend right off the back. when i finally did find a car that would work he made sure to make me comfortable in buying it and fixing the problems i seen with it i didnt even have to ask because he seen them too. he was very knowledgeable about hyndais with specs, interior, safety, and even things that you wouldnt really find out online. im very appreciative towards him and danny lai the sales consultant that worked with me he was also very friendly but most of all moved to get me in and out fast (but didnt rush me, answered all my questions) and helped me find a much better loan than i had. its been a couple of weeks and im very happy with my car especially with the warrenty.
