I recently had another great experience at the Crown Hyundai service center and it was due to Tomm Burkhart. This was the second time I had an emergent service need that he was able to get taken care of Hyundai service center and it was due to Tomm Burkhart. He is always respectful, courteous and smiling and able to accommodate even when I have arrived without an appointment. I love that there is a courtesy van to take me home or to work when I don't have a ride, a big plus to me. I will definitely be bringing my car to Tomm for any future service needs! More

This service center always neets my needs, I am able to make service appointments to suot my schedule, I usually wait for service but have use the Crown service of driving me to work as well. Iam very funny about car salespersons, but I do want to say how much I liked Robert our salesman and Eric in the finance dept. Had another amazing experience at Crown Hyundai. Brian is my service agent every time I take my genesis for service. This time I took my Genesis for an oil change and for them to fix a minor leak due to a da my service agent every time I take my genesis for service. This time I took my Genesis for an oil change and for them to fix a minor leak due to a damage weather stripe. Brian brought his team of mechanics for me to showm them a videoa I made about the leak, Brian told me it might be few days so he also provided me with a rental car that came pick me up and took me to get a rental. Got my car back today and im sure Brian and his team fixed the leak. Will always recommend Brian for any matter at Hyundai. More
