I had an auto accident and I needed to get a replacement car I had a 2013 Camaro LT only 2 months old. I ended up in a tree. I was in the Trauma Unit at Bayfront. I was then transported to Bay Point Nursing and Rehab Pavillion. I have to say Matt Taneja went out of his way to make my experience a truly wonderful experience I was in a external fixator (Knee dislocated) Matt was so patient kept bringing cars to the facility for me to see. I finally picked a GL350 Black on Black I needed a car that I would be able to get into with my knee problem. Herience was wonderful and brought the papers to sign. I came in to Crown to take advantage of an "early lease end" special, while I was there I decided to check on the possibility of an "upgrade" from a C 250 to the new E class cars...of course, Bill Ma lease end" special, while I was there I decided to check on the possibility of an "upgrade" from a C 250 to the new E class cars...of course, Bill Martin was wonderful and resourceful and found me exactly what I was looking for, a 2 door coupe E class! He also test drove several other cars with me and made sure that all options were explored, including financial options. He is by far the most knowledgable about Mercedes "specs" than anyone I have ever purchased a car from! He is clearly in the right line of business working with people and he is delightful, professional, personable, and seems to genuinely care about the customer's needs, in my case, (just as my first car leasing experience with him 18 months ago), he far exceeded my expectations and left me feeling happy and confident that I had made the right decision with my "upgrade." It is also comforting to know that these guys have patience and are willing to provide any and all information in order for me to make the best personal car purchasing decision.
