Went to Crown to look at a 200 Touring that I seen on their website.We walked in the show room and was greeted by Dan Bray the manager who asked if he could help us.I told him that we would like to look their website.We walked in the show room and was greeted by Dan Bray the manager who asked if he could help us.I told him that we would like to look at a 200 that was on their website he asked which one and I gave him the stock number.He took us right to the car and gave us a few minutes to look it over then asked if we had any questions.At no time was there any high pressure tactics or attempts to change our minds to a higher priced car.We took the car for a test drive and fell in love with it.After the test drive we ask Dan to run the numbers for us we because we needed to stay pretty close to our current payment because we are on a budget.The numbers came back a little higher than we could afford but Dan worked with us and got the price to a place we were comfortable with.Dan passed us on to Austin to do the paperwork which was quick and painless.Austin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.This was the best experience my wife and I have every had buying A car.We both highly recommend Crown. Several months ago Ron Martin helped me as I was trying to deal for a new truck. Ron and I drove to my house to show my wife the vehicle, and he even got out of the truck to help me fit it into my garage to deal for a new truck. My wife and I were looking for a Jeep Unlimited. We went to the Crown Chysler Jeep dealership in Dublin, Ohio and saw a unlimited we liked but the dealership was closed. So we put off driving one for some to the Crown Chysler Jeep dealership in Dublin, Ohio and saw a unlimited we liked but the dealership was closed. So we put off driving one for some time. We took a Surtaday drive and looked at a couple of dealerships for the color we wanted. We went back to Crown Chrysler Jeep to see if they had the Dune color Unlimited we liked but the one we liked was sold, however we got a chance to drive a Unlimited Sahara. We liked the way it handled and my wife likes to set up higher when in traffic so she can see out into traffic better than in a car. The salesman took down the information on what we were looking for. A week or so later Lew Ash called and wanted to know when we would be ready to buy. I was out of town on a business trip and would not be back for two or three weeks. Once I got back in town I called Lew and I told him what we were looking for, however Crown did not have any in stock. Lew got into gear and the next day he had located a Unlimited the color we wanted not only that it had more bells and whistles than we needed but at the price range we were willing to pay. More

But not with Crown Chrysler out of Dublin; they did all the looking, found the exact car I wanted, and got it here within 48 hours for me to pick up. My overall experience was great and I worked mostly with Lew Ash, who was a pleasure and made my new purchase that much more memorable. I would also like to add that I was pleased with the atmosphere at this dealership; there seemed to be no "commission battle"; everyone was helpful and and very team-oriented.
