I did not plan on buying a car on this particular day. I was shopping and then buying the following weekend. Austin went out of his why to show us several different vehicles. Austin took the time to really walk through the features of the vehicle and went into a lot of detail about the different models and options. I had never driven a Jeep before and after test driving it I realized this was not the car for me. Austin then took the time to show us other cars that might be a better fit. The Charger was not even on my radar, but after driving it it became one of my choices. He went out of his way to help us understand our financing options. While all of this was nice, I would say the main selling point for me personally was his demeanor and interaction with me and my family. He ensured my two young children were loaded up with junk food and entertained so that we would work with him and most importantly, he did not come off as a salesman. This is the third vehicle we have bought from this dealership and the first two were good experiences which is why I have gone back.
