I hate buying a car. It's been over 13 years since my last purchase. I talked to a lot of new Fiat owners, read Consumer's Report,and accessed multiple websites. I knew what I wanted before I visited dealerships. Even so, I was impressed by everyone at Crown Dublin. Jay Gahm listened to what I wanted and worked with me to find it. I was treated honestly and with respect. Crown's team of Jay, Nick and Joel were very professional. It was a pleasure to work with them. Jay spent the time to show me all the car's features and he programmed all of them for me before I drove off the lot. He even had me schedule a six-month check-up for my new Fiat while I was on-site. He gave me his card and told me to call if I needed anything. Excellent experience - excellent automobile. More
