Our family of seven were 5 hours from home and on our way to National Apostolic Chri Patricia (service manager) and service Dept staff are impeccable! Our family of seven were 5 hours from home and on our way to National Apostolic Christian School Competition in Knoxville when we had engine troubles and stopped at Crown Cars in Cleveland,TN. First, they were gracious enough to provide us with a courtesy van to get us back on the road ASAP! Once we realized we needed to replace camshafts, lifters, and rockers, Patricia called our extended warranty company to coordinate getting all of that taken care of. Our van was fixed by the time we were ready to go home a few days later! Patricia was very responsive and informative the entire time we were on our trip! Thanks Patricia and staff for taking a situation that could have spelled disaster for our vacation, but made the entire process one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! And to top it off, my daughter’s volleyball team brought home the gold medal! More
