I also had the same exact experience with the Finance Manager, Dustin Winder who explained it all in easy to understand terms to my Mom. I will forever be thankful for the absolute respect that this Manager, along with the Sales Rep Tammy Holt, who put my Mom at ease right away. My Mom had really needed to buy a car for some time and had kept putting it off in fear of past experiences at dealerships. I would recommend that anyone who is thinking about buying a car, make sure you call in advance to get an appointment with Tammy Holt or ask for her by name when you get there and buy on a day that Dustin Winder will help you take ownership of your vehicle. I thought Dealerships like this one was long gone. This little Dealership is a little hard to find but is well worth the effort. The used car manager brian is very helpful and tries his best to earn your business. The finance manager dustin was very informative in his presentation offering various warranties and explaining the financing. Lisa Gant was my service adviser for my recent visit. I stopped by first to learn more about 3 open recalls for my car. Lisa was very knowledgeable and was immediately able to answer my questions and describe what each recall required. I made an appointment for the service and everything went perfectly. The only issue I had was their text messaging system was not working properly so I did not get the message that the service was complete. I have used many dealer service centers over the years with other vehicles and this is the first one that has never disappointed me. Keep up the good work Crown of Cleveland !!! More
