Professional Charly Gentry greeted me and took my Jeep to service within a few minutes. When it was completed in a reasonable time, she brought my paperwork and fob to me and I was good to go. Bought my 2020 jeep at another dealership. Took it here to get what I thought was going to be an easy fix. Turned out someone had put a generic part on my Jeep with the wrong bolts. Since I had just bough to get what I thought was going to be an easy fix. Turned out someone had put a generic part on my Jeep with the wrong bolts.
