Colin Mooney was my advisor. He made me feel like he really cared about taking care of me. My engine light was on and he found the car needed a multi air actuator, which had to be ordered. There were no loaners so Mr. Wiley drove me home. The next day Colin contacted me because a loaner came in. I picked up the Jeep Renegade and had it over the weekend. Colin called me the next week and I swapped back cars. My car is running quieter and smoother than it ever has! More

I was able to schedule a service appointment by phone for a Wednesday. As luck would have it, there were 40 service calls scheduled that day, which would have meant several hours before anyone could work on a Wednesday. As luck would have it, there were 40 service calls scheduled that day, which would have meant several hours before anyone could work on my blind spot sensor on my fiat Spyder. Fortunately, Colin helped me reschedule on a lighter day. As such,I was able to get the necessary repairs in less than 90 minutes. So, I appreciate the efforts to cut down on my wait time and the flexibility to reschedule. My only criticism is that I was told by one service rep that I could simply turn the sensor on myself. That simply was not the case; because, the technicians/mechanics have to use software to turn on the sensor. It. It didn’t seem like the service operators/schedulers had very much useful information about Fiats, in general. More
