I thought that the salesman, Toby, did a good job of explaining things. They got us in and out in record time. Neither the salesman nor the finance manager was pushy. When the liftgate rises, the cover doesn't rise with it which may be a defect in the installation. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience since I usually hate buying a new care and having to wrestle with everybody in the dealership to save a dollar. More
