Dear PRamw, I want to first thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. However, I am truly sorry for the poor experiences you have had visiting our dealership twice. It is our goal as a company and as individual employees to do everything in our power to assist our customers to the best of our abilities. I have been informed that your 2005 MDX is due for a software update along with 105k mile services. I can assure you that our Service Technicians are highly trained to be experts on Acura vehicles inside and out and being so, they are the best resource to get these service needs taken care of. I understand that there have been some issued regarding these service updates and reimbursements so if you could, please contact Acura Client Services at 1-800-382-2238 as advised as the reimbursement is out of our control right now. Reimbursement is a non-issue and one that wasn't even brought up, not sure where that information is coming from. The issue is the fact that your staff; (Janet) is argumentative, and doesn't actually listen and (Emil) refuses to help customers and chooses to not even to review what the issues are with the vehicle while they speak on personal phone calls. I understood quite clearly (and advised Janet of this) that I clearly understood why Emil treats the customers the way he does, because Janet who is "customer relations" treats the customers the same way. Also, are you telling me that the software upgrade that I brought my vehicle in for was NOT completed? That, and figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle were the sole reasons for coming in.
