Hien was very helpful during my impromptu transaction. He did not put any pressure on me to purchase, but instead allowed me the opportunity to browse the lot and ask questions. I actually worked with two people, Hien Vo and Samuel. Hien was a wonderful sales representative to help with our car purchase. I admit that I was not an easy customer; I had several questions and hesitations, and Hien consistently eased my mind and made me our car purchase. He explained everything about the car very well, and took a lot of time (and had a lot of patience) to go over the car features and help me personalize all of the settings before driving it home. This dealership is awesome!! I enjoyed the car buying process. I was so nervous pulling up on the lot. Then i saw a salesman heading to me and i thought "here we go again". But Hien was awesome. It w process. I was so nervous pulling up on the lot. Then i saw a salesman heading to me and i thought "here we go again". But Hien was awesome. It was like shopping with a cool friend. He let me know he was there for me and not to make just a deal. We even took pics together. Once i had my eyes on a car he introduced me to his manager James. James was a little scary at first (just seeing him i was scared) but he was great too. We had quite a few laughs and he was great too. I enjoyed the process and it was painless. They are a great bunch of guys at Crown Acura. I will be going back for them to service my car. And i will send my friends and family to them. They are great! No bull. :) More

Hien was particularly thorough helping me understand all the features of my new MDX. Having come from a car with few options and limited technology, it was extraordinarily helpful to have someone with his patience, sense of humor, and kindness to explain (and often re-explain) the many features to me. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and appreciate all he did to make the experience a good one.
