The service to my car was completely on time, and in a professional way. I was promptly offered a ride to where I usually catch a ride to, but on this particular day, I decided to decline, and take advantage of the beautiful and remodeled waiting area. I was also able to meet with the throughly professional Financial Services Manager, Wes Hardaway, and greatly appreciated and enjoyed our conversation. Further, during my time there, I met with David Burks, and he discussed with me the beautiful new EV automobile that was in the Showroom. Mr. Burks is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It appears to me that all the personnel at Crown Acura of Richmond, Va that I came into contact with that day were polite, respectful, and friendly. On the day of my visit, I was also able to speak with Matt Perry, the General Manager; Anthony Easter, the New Car Sales Manager; and Josh Alford, the General Sales Manager. All are wonderful people, and that’s why I have been a repeat customer for many years in my purchases, and for service work on my vehicles at Crown Acura of Richmond. I have found the prices of its products, services, and vehicles very reasonable. I think that it is worth my about two and one-half drive to this dealership because of its performance on my behalf.
