Horrible Customer Service! Horrible customer service, don't deliver on their promises, enjoy wasting customers time! We bought a Ford Flex from Crossroads Ford in October and it has been a disaster, not the car, but the customer service and process....and we paid CASH! We worked with Derrick at Crossroads and while he is very friendly he cannot deliver on anything in a timely manner or not at all. The service department is atrocious and couldn't care less about the customer. Such a bad experience and not even their "customer experience" person could deliver on good customer service or promises. I would steer clear of this dealership for both buying and servicing your car. More

2014 FORD Focus recall items checked in about 0800 22 AUGUST 2017 for the latch problem & JEREMY BAKER, the service rep, informed me that FORD also needed to check for a reported checked in about 0800 22 AUGUST 2017 for the latch problem & JEREMY BAKER, the service rep, informed me that FORD also needed to check for a reported transmission clutch problem, for ALL the 2014 FORD FOCUS.
