Larry was very helpful. I had some concerns and he answered my questions. One of the concerns was about the windshield wipers being changed out with new wipers. I didn't feel there was any need for that to be done. I had the same thing on another car and the new wipers weren't as good as the original ones. He told us the 30000 mile work would take two to two and a half hours approximately. He showed us to the showroom to wait. Two hours later he came out and told us the work was almost finished and they were washing the car. That it wouldn't take long. He told us this because he was breaking for lunch. He also said he had checked the wipers and he agreed they did not need to be changed. I appreciated all his help. More
