STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!! I bought a used car from here and they charged me over $2,000 for value guard protection. I brought the car to have it cleaned on the inside. They said it would take about 4 to 5 ho they charged me over $2,000 for value guard protection. I brought the car to have it cleaned on the inside. They said it would take about 4 to 5 hours. They gave me a loaner to drive around. The loaner car was on empty. I informed the sales agent and he whispered, just put $5 in the tank. That was very disrespectful. I have had a loaner car before and they put at least enough gas in the car in order to get to the gas station. After coming back after 5 hours, my car was still not cleaned! I had even marked the areas I wanted them to clean by putting an X on the spot with a bar of soap. I also clean cars interior and exterior and know that the marks could be removed. The interior was filthy. They said that they would clean it good. When I brought it to the attention of the sales team and manager, they acted like, well you bought a used car! SO WHAT THAT IS NO EXCUSE!!! Every car that is sold to another person from a dealership should be cleaned from inside to the outside. How shoddy! Take pride in what you sell. I would not buy another car from this dealership. I took my rug steamer and attachments and cleaned my car. I will never visit this dealership again!!!! More

Tom was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly in helping us find a car that fit within our parameters. We knew that it was a hard find since our budget was so limited. But, against odds Tom got us i helping us find a car that fit within our parameters. We knew that it was a hard find since our budget was so limited. I had my daughter`s car towed there for a no starting problem.we thought is was a computer chip key problem ,but rich told me that his mechanic hit my daughter starter i=on he taurus whit a happer and it problem.we thought is was a computer chip key problem ,but rich told me that his mechanic hit my daughter starter i=on he taurus whit a happer and it started ,and so he was sure we needed the starter replaced.at acost of $500.00 ,my daughter hat the starter replaced at another place about 8 months ago so it was still under warranty ,so we decited not too have the work done by cornin ford,mr josh said there would be a $100.00 plus shop supplies and tax to be paid for hitting the starter with a hammer and tell us we need a new starter for $500.00 that we declined,i ask to talk to the service manager Jammie and he said yes you have to pay it.then i ask to talk to th owner pat cornin , so jammie said oh you cant talk to him .but i will lower the check out to $89.00 plus tax and take the shop supplies off.so it cost me $95.80 to get my daughter starter on her ford taurus hit with a hammer .not good business if you ask me,i am a ford master certified service advise and i work and walker ford in clearwater florida and any writer or manager that would do this tpye service to one of our customers would not be working at walker ford for long.i hope my pat cornin gets to read this and i wish he would call me at 727-858-1223 i would love to talk to him. Our sales Rep Ed was great and very knowledgeable about his products. He never pushed us in buying a vehicle which I really liked and he even went out of his way by letting us take the new F150 eco boost h his products. My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle and I called Cronin Ford and talked to Ed. He told me to come down and take a look at this 2006 monte carlo they had on their lot. Worked with salesman, Mike Monroe, to trade in a vehicle for a new Kia Sorento. Although he was busy, he set us up right away to test-drive two different vehicles with no pressure at all. We found one we liked and then worked with Justin to negotiate a price. They were both very professional, experienced, laid-back, friendly, and honest. we worked with Tony to finalize the paperwork and he was very efficient! By the time we were done, our new Kia was all clean and ready to go. Mike was the best car salesman I've ever met. Without us asking any questions, he made sure we understood exactly how the car and all of the features worked. I don't think he would have let us leave even if we had declined his offer. He took time to set up our bluetooth and other things we honestly probably never would have used otherwise. I am SO happy he took the time to do that. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. There is nothing like spending less than 5 hours for that whole process (including the trade-in) and driving home in a car I absolutely love. WILL be using them again for sure. More
