Amendment to original review Two weeks after the sale transaction (2 weeks due to my health issues), we discovered two major issues of which we were completely misinformed. 1. We Two weeks after the sale transaction (2 weeks due to my health issues), we discovered two major issues of which we were completely misinformed. 1. We were told during the sales discussion twice, that the vehicle had full access UCONNECT with all features. After attempts to get these features to work, and calls to Mopar Customer Service and UCONNECT, we were informed that we only had the basic package. That's a HUGE difference. Mopar said the dealer could possibly update the system, but after waiting days for an answer, and showing up myself to ask, I was told no. 2. We were told that we were getting two years of free oil, filter change and tire rotations and that the MasterTech Scheduled Maintenance Program we paid for was a three year extension. Again, totally incorrect! The two year free was on 2016 models but no longer on the 2017. I am cancelling the contract and getting my $499 back, as I refuse to pay that much money for only 6 service visits! In addition, I've not been getting calls, texts, or emails returned! More
