As soon as I met Mike Furman, and drove the Chevy Equinox, my decision to purchase was made. I had called a few dealerships about a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. When I called Criswell, they put me through to Mike Furman. He didnt give me any of the hoopla other dealers gave me when I was asking about a Sonic. When I called Criswell, they put me through to Mike Furman. As well as having things set up and ready for me when I got there as i was comming from Baltimore. For me it was worth going out of my way to Criswell to purchase my new car. I would go there again for my next new vehicle, or send a friend or family member there with out hessitation if they were looking for a car. More

Stefan Kube was very nice, polite, knowledgable and was also very easy to deal with. He gave us a fair price on our baby-blue 2013 Chevy Volt, which two weeks ago had 19 miles and now has 1,000 miles and also very easy to deal with. Stephan Kube was an extremely experienced salesman, clearly knowledgeable about the car but didn't come across like he was superior or that I Volt. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Stefan/Jackie/Criswell. I usually cringe when I have to deal with new car sales people - I hate the petty, high pressure games they play. But, Stefan and Criswell were a breath of fresh air! They gave me a great price; they ran numbers every way I asked them; they answered every question I had; they did not pressure me; and they went out of their way to complete the transaction. Stefan actually drove 30 miles to my work to finish the paperwork and deliver the car. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough. If I am in the market for another Chevy, I will go to Criswell even though they are a bit of a hike for me. STRONGLY Recommend. Really a pleasure in every way More
