I just picked up my absolutely stunning C7 Stingray Convertible this past Saturday and could not possibly be any happier. The whole process was quite simple. I even came down from NY to pick up the car. Mike has an encyclopedic knowledge about the car, he was honest and forthright, and was extremely helpful with helping me choose colors/options. Working with Jackie Wells, Criswell's financing consultant was equally satisfying-- very friendly and explained things thoroughly. I would recommend Criswell Chevy without reservation. Excellent team! I've visited a couple of dealerships in the area for the past month; but this one in particular was the best! All three staff members (Anthony Dean, J I've visited a couple of dealerships in the area for the past month; but this one in particular was the best! All three staff members (Anthony Dean, Jason Witte and Jackie Wells) I met were very friendly, professional and very helpful. The customer service was excellent! By the time I showed up to the dealership everything was done and ready to go. Extremely efficient. From the moment I started emailing Anthony about what I was looking for and needed car wise, he was very helpful and knowledgable. I definately recommend him as a sales consultant.
