Service appt for a water pump replacement at 68. 5k miles. Typical GM, right??. Nonetheless, I found the quotes reasonably comparable and reasonable for the D.C. region. Please keep this valuable service. Drew Petersen receives a gold medal for excellent overall service and Devin a gold medal for friendliness and helping me out of my pissy mood 🏅 You might consider another location for the service waiting room. I counted 8 indiscreet F-bombs by staff members in a span of 10 minutes, one of which referred to a customer ("f**ker"). Poor decorum. Not meant as a complaint, but more as a suggestion. More
