I did the initial test drive with Fabrizzio and he sent me a follow up video and notification about a price change! But the day I actually purchased the car I worked with Alex Chavez! He went through all the paperwork and a few negotiations with us. Then he made sure the car was ready to go, got me dialed in with the My BMW app, and even went above and beyond and got me a beautiful red bow for some pictures! I special ordered both cars, but the dealership had an extensive inventory that allowed me to checkout all options. I also do all my service work at Crevier. The service staff is friendly and competent. The dealership is great about confirming appointments by text so there is no confusion. I also like that Crevier has an extensive fleet of loaners, so I can try out the newest cars when servicing my vehicle. I drive from LA to do business at Crevier because it’s worth it. I highly recommend this dealership and Fadi for your next purchase and for servicing your car. More
