Patient, fast and no pressure I first reached out to Rob in January 2014 and I bought the 4Runner in July, 6 months later. While Crestmont did not have one, Rob gave me lots of advice as I looked at cars at other dealerships. He also was the only one to give me a ball-park estimate for my trade in without actually seeing it. He developed a relationship with me even when he didn't have a car that suited my needs. When I finally decided to buy a new 4Runner instead of certified preowned, I contacted Rob and he located 3 in the area that had the options I was interested in. He was quick to answer my emails (and I sent him dozens of emails), never sounded frustrated with my un-ending questions, always gave me competitive prices, and most importantly, honored the ball-park trade in offer after they actually saw my trade. Went in for a routine oil change and needed 105,000 mile tune-up. After examining the car, Craig told me I needed the struts replaced.
