I have been a long time customer of Crest, starting back when they were my Oldsmobile dealer (around 1994). My most recent visit was for my Nissan LEAF. I have several options for different Nissan dealers, when they were my Oldsmobile dealer (around 1994). My most recent visit was for my Nissan LEAF. I have several options for different Nissan dealers, and at least 2 of those options is closer to my home than Crest Nissan in Frisco, but I chose Crest on purpose, because I was sure that I would have a good experience there. Mario Trevizo was my Service advisor and his calm demeanor and general good vibes are a reflection of both himself and of the spirit of Crest Nissan. I felt like Mario and his team member Justin, both listened to me both before my visit and during my visit, Mario was even very honest about the best way to get the best price for the parts I needed, I've owned 4 Nissan vehicles over the years and the last three have only been serviced at Crest Nissan in Frisco Texas. I highly recommend Crest Nissan's service department! More

I bought a used mini van and had it delivered to my house. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I found a half dollar sized hole on the interior rear panel and a huge gash in the dash board. I called Dave the house. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I found a half dollar sized hole on the interior rear panel and a huge gash in the dash board. I called Dave the manager and he said to bring it in and we will fix it. I brought the van in and when I picked up the van from being repaired it looked like they put play doo in the hole and painted it the wrong color. The repaired spot sticks out and isn’t even smooth. The dash board repair was mediocre at best. I asked Dave’s assistant to see if I could talk to Dave so I could tell him about the unsatisfactory repair. After waiting 45 minutes for Dave he never came to see me. I then asked the assistant to have Dave call me and after a week, he still hasn’t contacted me. I do not recommend this dealership and certainly won’t deal with Dave ever again. I suggest you look at another dealership for your needs. Bill More

I recently purchased a new car from Crest Nissan Frisco, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. When I went back to the dealership to finalize the change, I was helped by Jaime and Salvatore. They made the entire process seamless. I was in and out in no time, with absolutely none of the typical dealership hassle. On top of the financial savings and speed, their hospitality was top-tier. They went above and beyond by even refueling my car before I left. Jaime, Salvatore, and the rest of the team at Crest Nissan truly are the best.
