⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Let me tell you about Kristian Payne, because if there's a Hall of Fame for car sales reps, she needs a wing. I walked into Crest Nissan already pre-approved, trade situation handled, paperwork in hand — basically the customer every dealership dreams of and also slightly fears because I know exactly what I want. Kristian didn't blink. She matched my energy the entire time, and when it came down to picking a color, I told her flat out: "I don't care, surprise me." Most people would've handed me whatever was on the lot. She actually picked one — and somehow landed on a blue-gray that I didn't know I needed until I saw it parked under the lights. That's not luck, that's an eye for it. Funny enough, she just relocated to Dallas — same as me. Two transplants, one car deal, zero wasted time. We talked shop, we talked life, and at no point did it feel like the usual back-and-forth car-buying grind. It felt like working with someone who actually wanted me to leave happy, not just leave with a signature. I'm a USPTO patent holder and a federal government contractor through my company, Civic Harbor Pathways LLC — I deal with people who take their work seriously for a living, and Kristian is one of them.
