Crest Nissan has been working he beat dealership I’ve ever been to. I will take the extra 15 miles to go there over the Clay Cooley one that’s only a mile away. Mr Truong was very helpful from the moment I pulled in for my 5000 mile maintenance service. He greeted us, registered my appointment, checked to see if I had any additional money saving plans, made sure for my 5000 mile maintenance service. I contacted Nissan Customer Care about warranty service on peeling paint and they confirmed that my paint was under warranty and asked that I take my truck to Crest Nissan. It's currently been there for 3 on peeling paint and they confirmed that my paint was under warranty and asked that I take my truck to Crest Nissan. It's currently been there for 3 weeks with no resolution, or plan of action. My service advisor actually disappeared for a week and wouldn't respond to my inquiries, I was finally able to get ahold of him yesterday and he told me that they don't have any information but that they would be getting a body shop estimate the next day (today). I felt the lack of communication and lack of progress after 3 weeks called for an explanation. I contacted the service manager, Derick Heckel but have yet to hear back from him. I don't believe this is the level of professionalism that should be expected from the Crest family of dealerships. In fact I'm actually very surprised. Anyway, since I can't get ahold of anyone that can give me an answer, I'm turning to DealerRater in the hopes that SOMEBODY in this dealer group will try to give me an answer. More
We just purchased our fourth Nissan and this was probably our best overall experience. Our salesperson, Keyon, was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Our interaction with the sales manager was also out our best overall experience. Our salesperson, Keyon, was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. He listened to everything we wanted, we told personal stories and felt like we were given enough space to look at each car and make our decision. The finance guy was excellent as well. Extremely professional and friendly. Overall we can see ourselves going back to the dealership for a future trade in or new car sale. More
