Everyone at Crain Kia of Conway, Arkansas was so friendly! My husband and I were having a difficult situation with our older car and upon calling the dealership everyone who I spoke to was so friend friendly! My husband and I were having a difficult situation with our older car and upon calling the dealership everyone who I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, especially Chris. He got us into a nice new vehicle and we were able to make it back home to Kansas after being stranded for two days. And the person who assisted us in the finance department was also very friendly and goddess the best rate. I would buy from this dealership again More
