My review The only problem I have with Crain is the discrepancy between the unrealistic online "Crain Special" pricing and the actual attainable price. Buying a new car was easy/painless! I imagine most of us, like myself, have dreaded the experience of shopping for a new car. I left again and after reviewing the information they provided with my wife I returned and asked if I could bring a vehicle home for my wife to see (she is ill) and without hesitation they agreed. After her review of the color and vehicle style I went back and closed the deal. Great customer experience!! More
