Took my vehicle in for a complimentary detail due to communication issues on a prior visit. I had to go in twice to get the appointment scheduled as they didn’t communicate that I had one owed. When I finally was able bring the car in for the detail they didn’t communicate that it was a customers car. I now have to drive into town and pick up my money from the console, my vehicle registration and my kids phone ear buds. More

I’ve driven an Elantra since 2008 and it’s been a very good, dependable car. So when I decided to look for a new car, Crain Hyundai was the first stop. I ended up purchasing a new Kona and love it.
