Terrible service department! It took two hours to get my oil changed with an appointment. Then they charged me $142 for the oil change- nothing else! They are rude and they price gouge. THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!! Sadly this dealership has the worst and most dishonest service department ever. We have bought vehicles there and still the same. We have been taking a pristine 1999 Tahoe to them for some service. First of all they caught it on fire and didn't even call and tell us. My husband just happened by there one day and found it parked out back with the hood up. This last service we had was a COMPLETE BRAKE LINE FLUSH...A week ago my husband decided to change out the master cylinder. Fluid was not clean from the day we brought it home for service. In changing the master cylinder everyone knows that you have to bleed all of the lines. So we started to do so and you could tell right off that the drains had not been opened in years, if ever. The fluid coming out was Black not clear like brake fluid it supposed to be. We had to bleed all 4 lines twice each to get good fluid. My husband called the dealership and complained and of course the tech said that he did a complete flush. In asking one of the techs how they flushed the brakes he was told that they pretty much just suck out the fluid from the reservoir and pour in new fluid and that is exactly what they did. There was sludge all in the bottom of the old master cylinder. Anyone that knows anything about vehicles knows that complete brake line flush cannot possibly have happened. Therefore, this dealership will NEVER get another dime from this household. This has to be the worst service department I have ever seen, and dishonest to boot. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! More
Look out for the “Crain connection “ they try to stick you with. They make it sound like it’s just a promise to stand behind their cars but it’s actually a 3rd party after market service plan AND they try you with. That and the finance guy tried to slip another extended warranty on me. When I asked him what it covered that the “Crain Connection “ he acted surprised and said “you’re smart “ like he was surprised someone called him out. He also tried to add the cost of the warranty to a monthly payment. It made $60 per month difference. I asked him what happens if I pay off the truck in 2 months and have only paid basically $120 for a $3500 warranty. He said it would be valid and I told him he was either lying or didn’t understand how money actually works. Purchased a new Acadia from them. Count on good sales service but after that count on just being another number. Getting a car serviced will be on their schedule. Don't bother leaving a message. We refused, started walking out, they took that off, then insisted, vehemently, that we had to listen to the extended warranty spiel, we turned that down, then, because we refused the extended warranty they "had" to bring in the General Manager, we refused the warranty again, so then they backed out of the deal and asked us to get the "xxxx" off the property. Beware, they are the worst kind of old school car sales. More

After multiple attempts by me to try and get them to fulfill the agreement, still waiting after 3 1/2 months. I'd rate them 4 stars without this bungled service issue, but only 2 stars as it is. Update 4/30/2019: The sales manager is now involved and has pledged to fulfill their agreement by direct shipping the items to me. It's sad I had to resort to poor public reviews to get the customer service required. I will update this review upon receipt of promised items. More

In addition, they add the shop ticket, detail, and the Crain committment onto the price of a used car in addition to the sale price which is usually about 4K. They aren’t forthcoming with an itemized view of what the shop did. They are quick to try and scam. More

100,000 mile warranty is a joke on used vehicles They had a great service department and customer service up until my transmission went out in my 2012 ram 3500 and i took it to Crain where it was pur They had a great service department and customer service up until my transmission went out in my 2012 ram 3500 and i took it to Crain where it was purchased cause there warranty was supposed to fix it. Well it would have but then they said it's still under Rams factory warranty so they took it to them to fix it. Well long story short 6 different trips to Everett Dodge with nothing but issues after there transmission build they now refuse to touch it and it's still under crains warranty but they refuse to fix it after Dodge attempted. So truck has sit in the shop for going on 10 months now 2000$ in dealer cost. Needless to say never believe a dealer and there warranty cause i did and now i got to come up with 5000 out of my pocket to fix what Crain Gmc and Rams warrantys should have fixed More
