Worst experience ever. Salesman was untrained and it took four hours to complete the sale. Oscar, the finance guy, would not take no for an answer to extended warranty. Our daughter got so upset at his high-pressure tactics that she had to leave the room. The second key was nowhere to be found requiring a return trip that lasted an hour and a half for the key to be produced. Missing parts (trunk pakage tray and underbody panel), mismatched tires, and unreported suspension and muffler hanger damage that impeded a trailer hitch installation. Sales manager Nick would do nothing to address any of these issues. Avoid Crain Buixk GMC at all costs. More

How can you not find records of a vehicle that was purchase and been in shop there three different times. Tells me if you can't fix it you avoid it. Horrible experience… these guys still owe me $850 per the “We Owe, You Owe” agreement and have treated me very poorly.
